Dear Priscilla - I think your memorial to Kira is one of the most beautiful memorials that I have seen. When my dog died I also have never recovered. 10 years ago now. I have to get over this and give my love to a new animal. This may sound sacriligious but it was harder for me to lose my dog (who was very ill at the end) than it was for me to lose my mother. I feel your pain everyday.
