Dear listeners, friends and supporters, :)

Priscilla Hernandez (singer-songwriter/illustrator). I haven´t sent a newsletter in a while but I hope you still want to be updated with our news :)

I wanted to take the chance of this special day to wish you all Merry Xmas or Winter :) Closing of the years are always special, :) time for new resolutions :). I have been quiet for a while, but that didn't mean I was idle :) All the songs featured in my forthcoming album FEAR NO MORE are already recorded and I've been working on the artworks of the album. :) Another "side" project is almost half way done :), so after a quiet  I am getting ready to fight for my dream which is music, thus thanks once more each one of you for wanting to be in touch :). So among my resolutions, painting more, releasing the album, renewing the entire official site, and keep on my way to happiness. Grateful to each one of you who keep encouraging me ahead, humbly, thanks! :)

Somehow during this more introspective phase of my life I've become more and more contact back with Nature, It's been healing in many ways. These fairytale landscapes have inspired tons of new music, looking forward to share, but  I post almost daily the beautiful landscapes we visit at my instagram account.

NUEVO VIDEOCLIP/ NEW VIDEOCLIP : ETHEREAL

Todavía estamos trabajando en el tercer disco y revelaremos el título muy pronto, pero mientras os dejo con un avance, el videoclip de Ethereal. Espero que os guste.

We are still working in the 3rd CD and we will reveal the title soon but meanwhile here is a wintry treat, the Music Video for Ethereal. Directed by myself and Héctor Corcín,  it's a suspended feeling that evolves from loom into lucid dreaming, purity and serenity. I really hope you like it and if you do, we are always happy to know your opinion. It´s now up in my youtube channel.

We are making an experimental music video gathering some of the imagery of my second album THE UNDERLIVING and journeying into the third. Here is the teaser trailer of "Rise"

-I WON LUNA GUITARS CONTEST

Thanks very much to  Luna Guitars for the lovely ORACLE FOLK DRAGONFLY guitar. It arrived for my birthday. It is so beautiful. I have a weak spot for music instruments and adding this beauty to my collection. It will be part of my music sound now on I'm sure. I also added a new section in the website gallery and will be taking pictures of my music instruments for you there.

Happy winter´s solstice and Merry Xmas. I hope all your dreams and determinations become a reality next year. As always thanks for your support.

New single ETHEREAL and working in the 3rd album

This is Priscilla Hernandez (singer-songwriter/illustrator) and this is a newsletter to let you know that we have just released a new single ETHEREAL that will be part of our next and 3rd  album. You can watch a lyric video and listen to the song fully in this link

    Concepción Perea presents her new fantasy/fairy/steampunk novel. There is also a goblin market. I'll be there with a stand and also I take part in the gallery of characters for which I have made this illustration based in the book "Nicasia".

  • WHAT´S NEXT?¿ Y LO SIGUIENTE?
    Seguimos trabajando en nuevos singles para el nuevo CD. Los próximos serán "ETHEREAL" y "THIS SONG", además de colaborar en el épico single "The Quest" por Héctor Corcín. También colaboraré en la banda sonora de Titania (dir. por Inbytheeye) y  en el cortometraje de stop motion (dir. por Alba García) Time and space reflections. Ah  y estad atentos a un próximo concierto online desde nuestro livestream.  Os dejo una foto promocional de ETHEREAL sacada en las pozas del Montseny. 

 We keep on working on new singles to fund our forthcoming and 3rd CD. Next will be ETHEREAL and THIS SONG. I am also collaborating in the new epic single THE QUEST composed by Héctor Corcín and I will also take part of the soundtrack of Titania (directed by Lisa Stock) and the stop motion short movie Time and Space Reflections directed by Alba García. As adavance here is a snippet photography for the promotion of Ethereal (which will have video too) taken in a water pond at Montseny Forest (Catalonia, Spain)

Mad World cover

I also have recorded a rendition of "Mad World" one song from my favourite band "Tears for Fears". It was the 30th anniversary of their first album and I've made my tribute than you can watch and listen entirely in this link. Panna a Netvor cover

I've also recorded a cover of the soundtrack of "The Beauty and The Beast" (Panna a Netvor) a very rare Czech version of the very known tale. You can watch and listen the full cover, featuring me at the piano, voice, Armen (violin) and Sveta (cello). I also created a special blog entry about "The Beauty and the Beast" faity tale.

"IN THE MIST" es la canción introductoria de mi segundo album conceptual  y disco-libro ilustrado THE UNDERLIVING. Este es el segundo videoclip basado en este trabajo después de "Off the lane"
Es también un video muy especial porque se aprecian paisajes de mi isla nativa LA PALMA (Islas Canarias) y preciosos paisajes que grabamos de La Caldera de Taburiente.

Para mí es un video mágico porque además se verán paisajes de la isla donde yo nací (LA PALMA, CANARIAS). El el foro también encontraréis fotografías de algunas de nuestras últimas actuaciones.

  • Este viernes 12 de Octubre actuaré en ALOJA FERIA MEDIEVAL-FANTÁSTICA en Banyoles (Cataluña). El concierto es a las 21:00 y de carácter gratuito, así que animaos a venir.  Además la feria está llena de actividades durante todo el día por si queréis pasar el día antes de venir a nuestro concierto.

Nuevo videoclip, singles, música que estamos grabando y últimas noticias

Estimados oyentes y amigos

Aquí estamos otra vez con la newsletter mensual para haceros llegar las últimas noticias de mi música y mi arte. Ante todo gracias a todos por estar ahí. Allá vamos con las novedades.

El viernes 20 de Julio se estrena el videoclip "Sueño muerto" (una de las canciones de mi primer disco Ancient shadows), un videoclip dirigido por  Serval de Jade con estilismo de El Costurero Real. Lo estrenaremos en un mini-evento en Barcelona, en el local Minusa ( 21:00 Carrer  de Valencia 166. 8011, Barcelona).Estaré allí junto al director y la estilista y tocaré algunos temas acústicos. El video se estrenará de forma simultánea en  youtub. Podéis leer un poco más en el vento de  facebook event

También aprovecho para recordaros ya que no iba en la newsletter del mes anterior que hemos estrenado un nuevo single que no está incluido en el último disco.
